Once In A Super Blue Moon
Fact: The blue moon is a term used to describe the second full moon in a single calendar month. It is a rare event that only occurs every two to three years, hence the popular phrase “once in a blue moon.” This year’s blue moon also coincides with a supermoon, which is when the moon is at its closest point to Earth in its elliptical orbit, appearing larger and brighter than usual.
Now for the interesting part which is all me.
Once in a blue moon means an event or an action which happens very rarely. This August 2023, we are lucky to have a ‘Blue Supermoon’.
I believe in dreams, but they come with effort and responsibility. Like Pine Valley Tagaytay. A big responsibility. But a dream, nonetheless. It is now a reality.
The people who made this happen in and out of the scenes are making a big difference. In all our lives and the lives of people we touch. Everyday. Every time.

Dreams, wonders and mysteries are around us every day. Some people are more attuned to them than others. It bears repeating that overall, we hope that the August Blue Full Moon Super Moon will work its magic in our endeavor. After all, during this time, the moon is larger and brighter than usual. So as a portend of things to come, I believe, and I can feel that Pine Valley Tagaytay (home to 9001 Kitchen and Patio Espresso) will achieve its full potential.
