Our Talongganisa is a celebrity in the parade of home-cooked dishes. Common, basic, yet all-time comfort food. We combine shredded longganisa, red and green pepper, roasted skinless eggplant battered in egg and fried in just enough vegetable oil for that inside soft texture but crispy golden on the outside.
